Welcome to the National Association of Minority Automobile Dealers (NAMAD) Minority Dealer Talent Registry. This site has been designed to support NAMAD's mission of providing viable opportunities for ethnic minorities in every aspect of the automotive industry. Never before have talented dealers and dealer candidates had a central repository where they could ensure that their updated information could be accessed by the manufacturer(s) of their choice.

The Minority Dealer Talent Registry is a subscription service that is available to anyone who is interested in acquiring an automobile franchise, upgrading from an existing franchise opportunity, or expanding his or her automotive network. NAMAD members can participate for FREE. Your membership status will be verified at the NAMAD office. Through the Minority Dealer Talent Registry, you will be able to have your information shared with as many automotive manufacturers as you select. You will also be allowed to update your profile as often as you like.

NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF MINORITY AUTOMOBILE DEALERS PRIVACY NOTICE

In connection with your use of the NAMAD MANUFACTURER MINORITY CANDIDATE SEARCH transaction, facilitated by the CDK Dealersuite web site, NAMAD
may obtain information about you as described in this notice, which we handle as stated in this notice.

We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

         Information we receive from you on applications or other forms in connection with a financial transaction;

         Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates or others;

We will not disclose all of the information that we collect about you as described above, while you are not a consumer, customer, or former customer, to our
affiliated or non-affiliated third parties.

We will not disclose nonpublic personal information about you, while you are a consumer, customer, or former customer, to the following types of third parties

         Financial service providers, such as (provide an example of a loan company);

         Non-financial companies, such as (provide an example of marketing firms or automobile manufacturers);

We will not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties. If you prefer that we disclose nonpublic personal information about you
to nonaffiliated third parties, you may opt in to those disclosures; that is, you may direct us to make those disclosures (other than those disclosures required by
law). If you wish to opt in to disclosures to nonaffiliated third parties, you may (fill out the appropriate form, which will be retained in a confidential place).

We will not disclose, while you are a consumer, customer, or former customer, any information we collect about you to companies that perform marketing services
or other functions on out behalf or to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees or organizations that need to know that information to provide services to you.
